Investing in Technologies that Improve Production
In keeping with JEM's declared policy of being market and client focused,
they have once again reaffirmed their continued investment in technology in order to maintain
and improve production and services available to clients.
JEM continue to invest in new equipment and technology as they feel it has helped to further
improve and speed up procedures in order to become even more effective and flexible for their
clients. In the last year in keeping with this philosophy it is pleasing to note JEM have
invested in excess of £200,000 in new machinery.
Major investments so far have included:
- a new flowrap machine, with in-line inkjet addressing, capable of wrapping up to 8,000 items per hour.
- A new envelope enclosing machine capable of enclosing 9 items up to A4 in size.
- a further address printer which allows JEM to print addresses directly to envelopes and postcards efficiently.
- a second hi-speed duplicator that can print single sheet A4 and envelopes in blue or black ink, at up to 4500 items per hour.
André Kleinman, Director of JEM commented, "It has been enormously rewarding and
fulfilling to have once again received positive endorsements from our clients. Continued improvements
in measured client satisfaction scores have once again reinforced the JEM client first philosophy
through continuous improvement in processes and technology. We remain committed to delivering innovative
and effective marketing solutions for our clients and to differentiate our offer on the basis of adding
value in quality of service"
