Ashford and Rushden based company, JEM Education Marketing Services have once again
proved they belong to the elite group of mailing houses which continue to uphold high customer satisfaction
and service standards.
JEM once again passed the annual audit of their production and Client Services processes and procedures.
The new BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, first applied last year was again achieved by the enthusiastic quality
conscious JEM team.
Quality Auditor, Lucinda Parfitt was impressed with the overall organisation and streamlining of
the production services and commented "After working to the new code, ISO 9001:2000, for over 12 months now,
JEM demonstrated excellent working procedures, processes and records which fully satisfied the requirements
of the standard. Many improvements have been made within the company which proved the company's dedication
to its continual improvement programme and I found it to be an interesting and fully enjoyable audit. I am
confident that the new code is working well for JEM and hopefully it will continue to do so as they continue
to grow and improve."
